HP ha analizado su producto pero actualmente no tiene ninguna sugerencia por actualización de controladores.

Jé entrei em contato utilizando a HP e nãeste há nenhum problema nos aqui drives. Já instalei, removi e reinstalei a impressora da forma citada acima e nada, o único modo de criar funcionar foi restaurar para o windows anterior, esperei um tempo para ver se o problema se resolvia, pois o pc insiste em atualizar meu windows para o windows 10 mesmo nenhumas eu querer, contudo, tenho 3 impressoras e todas da HP e nenhuma funciona, a P1102 é minha impressora principal e não posso ficar sem ela.

Hi again, I have followed all the steps as recommended - and unfortunately the problem remains unchanged.. I am attaching screenshots of the drivers after the process, and it remains the same as before. Can you please see if this shows anything that can assist resolving the issue?
